An attractive stone cottage in the middle of a small terrace a short walk from the  centre of the historic market town of Dolgellau in scenic southern Snowdonia. The cottage is a Grade II Listed Building and dates back over 200 years. Dolgellau was the county town of old Merioneth, has a wide selection of local shops, places to eat and stands at the confluence of the Mawddach and Wnion rivers. The Cambrian Coast with plenty of sandy beaches is a short drive down the Mawddach valley and walkers and climbers flock to the area with scale the peaks of southern Snowdonia including Cader Idris.

ACCOMMODATION. Two bedrooms. (1) A double (2)  Can be a single, twin or double.  Bathroom/w.c. with a shaver point and also a shower over the bath. Kitchen/dining room with electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Living room with gas fire, colour TV with Freeview channels, video with small library of films, stereo with some CDs. From the living room there is access down via slate steps to the cellar level with storage, washing machine. Tumble dryer, freezer, low headroom and door to the enclosed rear patio garden with outside furniture. It is hoped that a parking permit will be available to allows guests to parking in a nearby chapel car park – please enquire at the time of booking. The fee includes electricity and central heating. The property is available for holiday letting throughout the year.
