There is also an additional ground floor lavatory.  Kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Dining room for six people. Living room with door to patio and rear garden, leather suite, TV, DVD,  electric fire and double bed settee. A cot can be provided. The fee includes electricity, gas and central heating. Bed linen is available at an additional charge by prior arrangement only. Parking for two cars. Shared use of  gas BBQ.
