A new (2008) conversion of an historic former farm
bakery on a working Welsh sheep farm in the foothills of Snowdonia,
enjoying uninterrupted views down to the
sea
of
Cardigan Bay
and across to the distant
Lleyn
Peninsula
. The farm is about half a mile from the
village
of
Llanbedr
which lies on the Barmouth to Harlech stretch of the Cardigan coast.
A host of lovely sandy beaches are only a few minutes away by car. The
village has 2 general stores with off licence facilities, butchers,
several hotels/pubs and a restaurant for eating out. The property is
immaculate. ACCOMMODATION: One bedroom with a double bed and door to the
terraced shale and slate patio. Shower room/w.c. with a large Hydro
massage shower (can be a sauna as well!) with a seat. Passage way with
door to patio and portable ramp. Lounge/diner/kitchen with gas cooker,
fridge, microwave, dishwasher, TV (with Satellite channels) DVD
and coal effect gas fire set in the old feature baking area. Outside
storage room with washing machine, tumble drier and freezer. Terraced
shale and slate patio with sunny aspect and views across farmland to the
sea. Ample parking. The fee includes bed linen, electricity and central
heating - but a supplement is levied in the off-season. Ample parking.
