A comfortable Cosalt Eclipse Mobile Home tucked away in a sloping wooded garden on a hillside smallholding of some three acres with fine views down to the sea of Caernarfon Bay, the Rivals Mountains - the gateway to the Lleyn - and even over to the Isle of Anglesey. The county town of Caernarfon with its majestic medieval castle is only a few miles away, Award Winning Beaches - notably at Dinas Dinlle are also an easy drive away  and it is possible to walk over the hills at the rear of the smallholding to Moel Tryfan, Mynydd Mawr and Mount Snowdon . ACCOMMODATION: Two bedrooms D with en suite shower room/w.c., 2S with en suite shower room/w.c. Living area with gas cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, TV and electric heater. The Mobile Home has been fitted with a large area of decking with a sunny aspect and views. It is also centrally heated which makes it viable for the off-season (£20 a week supplement if heating is required). Ample parking. The fee includes electricity. If the gas heating is required a £20 per week (payable locally) will be levied.
