FARM COTTAGE in a Peaceful rural
location in the heart of the Snowdonia national park 2 Bedrooms -
Sleeps 5. Modern cottage. The rural village of
Llanfair is located one mile south of the historic castle town of
Harlech, on the coastal fringe of Cardigan Bay, with its miles of golden
sands and unrivalled views of the Snowdon range. Local attractions,
within easy driving distance, include the unique narrow gauge railways
of north Wales ,historic castles, slate caverns, and renowned golf
courses. Set a short distance from the main house, on a small working
livestock farm, this cottage is located in its own grounds.
An ideal base for walking and birdwatching, it has an excellent network
of public footpaths and bridleways.
With its two good sized bedrooms, The cottage is ideal for up to a
family of five. Being of modern design, the cottage is warm and
comfortable with oil central heating via radiators, and constant hot
water. Newly decorated it is fully and tastefully furnished throughout
to a high standard. We only ask that there is no smoking in the cottage
please. Ground Floor Consists of a large sitting room with separate
dining area. traditional Welsh Dresser, Table and chairs to seat six. Open fireplace. Colour TV
and video player. Fully fitted / well equipped kitchen with microwave,
toaster and fridge, deep freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Bathroom
comprises bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. Main bedroom consists of a
double bed and ample room for a single bed. Second main bedroom consists
of two single beds. Both bedrooms are fully equipped with all linen and
bedding. The Farm Cottage has a small south facing garden and large
patio area accessible from the sitting room through patio doors. Garden
furniture and a barbecue are available to use. There is ample parking
space for three vehicles.
