Situated at the head of the Nant Gwynant valley between Beddgelert, Capel Curig and Llanberis making it an ideal location for exploring the Snowdonia National Park with many local tourist attractions and superb beaches also in easy reach. Provides an ideal base for walking and mountaineering. Snowdon, the highest mountain in England and Wales, can be ascended from the house. Trout fishing in Lockwood's Lake and large attractive garden with stream running through.

Extra separate WC/cloak room. Lounge with lake views, colour TV, DVD, video, solid-fuel stove and parquet flooring. New in 2011 Kitchen/diner with quarry-tiled floor, el. cooker with a gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Conservatory provides alternative sitting/dining area. Breakfast/sitting room leading to utility room with automatic washing machine, tumble drier and freezer. El. heaters. Electricity by coin meter and gas central heating extra by arrangement. Payphone. Ample parking. Owners retain flat let and caravan on site for occasional use, access separate from main house.
