Superior detached bungalow on a select estate within walking reach of the renowned Black Rock Sands beach, Porthmadog Golf Club, the village pub and local shops. Morfa Bychan is a mile or so outside the harbour town of Porthmadog which is home to two narrow gauge railways, a leisure centre and plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops.
It is only a short drive from Snowdon and the National Park.
ACCOMMODATION: Three bedrooms. D with door to garden, 2S, Bunks. Also cot. Separate bathroomwith
a power shower and w.c. Kitchen with fitted units, electric oven,
microwave, fridge-freezer, automatic washing machine, dishwasher.
Lounge/diner with TV,Freview channels, DVD, video, hi-fi and open
fire. Enclosed lawn/patio/sun trap area. Parking for two or three cars in
the driveway. Central heating and electricity
included in the fee. No smokers. Families only.
* well behaved dog accepted but NEVER allowed to be left in the
house or garden unattended.
