A brand new (2009) detached three storey house on a new development in an elevated cul-de-sac at the edge of Porthmadog town. Spacious and comfortable five bedroom house with fantastic views over the west end of the town towards the mountains of mid Snowdonia. The property has a large landscaped sloping garden stretching up the hillside at the rear with a decking area and BBQ. A short walk to the shops, restaurants, pubs, tourist attractions and mainline railway station of the bustling town of Porthmadog. The nearest beach is the fabulous Black Rock Sands at Morfa Bychan which is also home to the Porthmadog Golf Club. Beddgelert and the rest of  Snowdonia is an easy drive and you are only four miles from historic Criccieth with its ruins of a medieval castle and choice of beaches.

(4) A double room on the second floor (5) Twin beds in the other bedroom on the second floor. The main bathroom is on the first floor with a bath, basin and w.c. There is also an additional second floor shower room/w.c. Kitchen/dining room with fabulous views as referred to above, electric double oven, large gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Lounge with views, 42” LCD TV and DVD player. Garage plus parking for two extra cars on the front drive with unrestricted road side parking if required. The fee includes electricity, gas and central heating.
