A mid-terrace former quarryman’s’ cottage in the oldest street in historic Llanberis which stands at the foot of Snowdon on the shore of Padarn Lake on the fringe of the Snowdonia National Park. A short walk from village shops and pubs, water sports, tourist attractions including Lake Railway, Electric Mountain and the Snowdon Mountain Railway. An easy drive to other towns and beaches – the county town of Caernarfon with it’s majestic medieval castle is only a few miles. ACCOMMODATION: Two bedrooms. (1) A king size double with TV and a view to Snowdon and other peaks. (2) Bunk beds. A cot is provided. Bathroom/w.c. with a shower over the bath. Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Step down to living room/dine with wooden flooring, multi-fuel stove, leather suite and flat screen TV with Freeview channels. Small enclosed elevated rear garden and decking area with BBQ – steps up are slate and narrow so extra care required. Fee includes electricity and gas central heating if required. Pot-luck on-street parking not normally an issue as this cottage is at the top end of the street and away from the High Street at the bottom of the hill.
