A deceptively spacious mid-terrace cottage in the pleasant sleepy village of Rhydyclafdy in central Lleyn. Five minutes drive or so from the seaside market town of Pwllheli and within a short drive of Abersoch and all attractions of the scenic Lleyn Peninsula. The village has a popular food-serving country pub and an excellent Fish Restaurant which are both just a gentle stroll away from this cottage. The property, new on the holiday market for 2005, is the ideal base from which to explore the entire Lleyn - much of which stands in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. ACCOMMODATION: Three bedrooms. D, D + S with H &c and TV/DVD. Crog loft/attic room with S, TV/DVD, roof window, low headroom and accessed via steep steps - not suitable for younger children or the elderly. A cot is provided as are two airbeds for occasional use. Bathroom/w.c. with shower over the bath. Well equipped kitchen/dining room with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, automatic washing machine and dishwasher. A tumble dryer is located in the scullery which leads out to a surprisingly long rear yard/patio area with garden furniture, gas barbecue, parking space and right of way for neighbours. Lounge with colour TV, video, DVD player and open fire. The house is centrally heated and is available for short breaks and weekends outside the main season. The fee includes electricity. In recent years this was a Wales Tourist Board Approved Property
