Former fisherman's cottage in the centre of the village and close to a footpath directly to the beach. The village, a former thriving fishing village on the northern coast of the Peninsula has a sandy beach, good food, shops and pubs. A short drive from nearby Morfa Nefyn with a magnificent cliff-top golf course and with easy access by car to all the attractions of the Lleyn Peninsula. The cottage dates back over 100 years and retains some low headroom areas and doorways. 

ACCOMMODATION: Three bedrooms. D with velux window, 2S with velux window, ground floor D. No cot. Bathroom/w.c. with overhead shower. Kitchen/diner with tiled floor, fitted units, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, automatic washing machine and tumble drier. Lounge with slate tiled floor, colour tv with basic satellite channels available, DVD player, CD Player, extensive range of books and games, exposed beams and original ingle nook fireplace housing open fire. Most rooms have free-standing electric heaters. Enclosed rear garden/sun trap area with lawn, shrubs, BBQ and outside furniture . On-street pot-luck parking. No Smokers. Weekends sometimes available by negotiation. Electricity card meter.
