A very attractive mid-terrace town house on a select estate a short walk from all the amenities of seaside Abersoch - one of the most sought-after holiday destinations in the UK . The village is home to South Caernarfonshire Yacht Club and is renowned for its water sports and has a choice of fine eating establishments and bars. Abersoch also has a golf course and is ideally located for exploring the Lleyn Peninsula . The house - newly lovingly renovated for holiday letting in 2008 - has fine views out to the sea of Cardigan Bay . ACCOMMODATION: Four bedrooms. A double, Bunks, a ground floor twin, another  ground floor twin. There is a travel and a high chair provided. Bathroom/w.c.  on the ground floor with a shower over the bath. Additional shower room/w.c on the first floor. First floor lounge/diner/kitchen with sea and mountain views, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dining table, leather suite, electric fire, TV with some satellite channels, DVD player and a CD system.  Ground floor utility room with a washing machine.   Rear enclosed garden/sun trap with patio furniture. Integral garage for storage.  Parking for two cars. The fee INCLUDES electricity and heating. Weekends available and smaller parties can negotiate the fee for late bookings.
