views out over Cardigan Bay. A
short walk downhill to the unspoilt coastal village of Aberdaron, with its
pubs, cafes, small shops and bakery, as well as the wonderful sandy beach
with bathing, fishing and boating, this is an ideal base from which to
explore the remote and beautiful area at the tip of the Lleyn Peninsula.
The coastal path towards Bardsey and round the end of the peninsula
is accessible within two minutes walk from the house. There is a built-in
BBQ and sheltered patio, as well as a decked terrace outside the large
conservatory/garden room, which faces South West and West, getting sunshine
all day long. ACCOMMODATION:
SIX bedrooms to accommodate a maximum of 14 people, with two cots
available. King-size D with sea view, 2S with sea view, 3S with rural views,
3S with rural views. Second
floor: 2S with velux window, 2S with velux window. Bathroom/w.c with power
shower. Shower room/w.c with
extra large power shower. Additional ground floor cloakroom. Fully
modernised kitchen with electric double oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer,
and dishwasher. Archway to utility room with second sink, washing machine,
tumble dryer and microwave. Dining
room to seat 14 comfortably by putting tables together, with original quarry tile floor.

coal-effect fire, as well as comfy chairs.

cars and boats on the private gravel drive. (There is also a drive-through
garage, making further parking available behind the house). The rent
includes £10 pw towards electricity, but does not include oil for central
heating, or coal for the fire in winter months. Winter breaks, weekends and
mid-week breaks are welcomed outside the peak period, as well as reduced
rates for smaller parties. Well-behaved pets are
very welcome.
