A cosy semi-detached cottage within a very short walk of an excellent pub with children's playground, beer garden and extensive menu. Also close by is a well-stocked mini-market and the superb sandy beach is a ten minute downhill walk away. Easy driving to nearby Abersoch and Pwllheli with excellent sailing and water sports. The cottage adjoins a larger house which is used for occasional B&B stays. However, this cottage is afforded a degree of privacy as it  has its own enclosed patio area enjoying afternoon sunshine.  ACCOMMODATION: Two bedrooms. (1) a double (2) Bunks + a double. A cot is also provided. Bathroom/w.c. with shower over the bath. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge-freezer and microwave. Utility room with washing machine. Entrance hall with ample storage space for beach gear. Lounge/dining room with patio door and TV. The fee includes electricity and bed linen. Central heating can be available for off-season letting. Ample shared parking space.
