Also close by is a well-stocked mini-market and the superb sandy beach is a ten minute downhill walk away. Easy driving to nearby Abersoch and Pwllheli with excellent sailing and water sports (there is plenty of room to park your boats and jet-skis in the grounds of the house).

ACCOMMODATION: Six bedrooms spread over the two upper floors of this three storey property. On the first floor:- 2S, D + Bunks with h&c and view to grounds, 2S with view to grounds.  On the second floor:- D with h&c, D + S with h&c and  view to grounds, D with h&c and view to grounds. Also a cot and high chair. Each of the top two floors has a bathroom/w.c. with a shower over the bath. Also an additional ground floor w.c. in the utility room with washer/dryer and dishwasher. Kitchen with oil-fired Stanley stove (to be used by the initiated only), standard electric cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. Dining room with sofas, TV, music centre and dining table for 6 at a seating. Each of the six bedrooms has its own private colour TV and there is a  small ground floor lounge with colour TV, video and open fire (some fuel provided). The house also has a small library of books for all ages. Bed linen can be provided.
