A single-storey cottage enjoying exceptional views to the Warren beach, Llanbedrog headland and the mountains of Snowdonia in the distance. Extensively refurbished especially for holiday lets in 2008.  Within a short walk of the  beach, the sailing club, pubs, restaurants and shops. The cottage is tucked away in the grounds of an imposing residence and is at the end of a no-through lane so enjoys privacy and quiet whilst being only minutes on foot from the village centre. ACCOMMODATION: Two bedrooms (1) a double (2) Bunk beds ideally for children as the beds are 1.8 metres long (5'10") Bathroom/w.c with a shower over the bath. Kitchen/breakfast room with most items new in 2008 -  electric cooker, fridge,  dishwasher,  microwave oven and  freezer.  Living room/diner with wood burner stove (off season only), TV, DVD player, double sofa bed and stunning views. Large sloping lawned area with wild rabbits, shrubs, views and a picnic bench. Parking for one car and ample unrestricted lane side parking also. Family groups are preferred. The fee includes electricity,  central heating and some logs for the wood burner.
