A seafront townhouse on
Pwllheli promenade only metres from the sand dunes and sea. Three-storey
property, south-facing and with a balcony with uninterrupted views to the
sea, St Tudwal's Islands and the distant mid-Wales coastline across a
vast sweep of
Cardigan Bay. The house was given a complete refurbishment in
the Spring of 2008 The town's leisure centre is a few minutes away as is an excellent
pub, restaurant and sub post office/general store. The bustling town
centre is about 12 minutes walk and has a decent selection of restaurants,
pubs, shops, weekly open air market and more. Pwllheli has an 18 hole golf
course and one of the most modern yachting marina's in the

First floor double. A cot and high chair are provided. Second floor
bathroom/w.c. with a shower cubicle. Also a ground floor shower
room/w.c. Ground floor kitchen/diner (table for six) with electric
cooker, microwave, fridge,
freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a door to the rear enclosed
garden/patio with trees and shrubs. First floor lounge with uninterrupted
views from the full length balcony, TV, DVD player. Parking for two cars
and additional unrestricted parking in lay-by opposite. The fee includes
electricity, gas and central heating if required.
