A new bungalow (built 2003) in the sleepy country hamlet of Bryncroes in the centre of the Lleyn. Approximately 6 miles from either bustling Abersoch or picturesque Aberdaron and just over 8 miles from Nefyn and Morfa Nefyn on the northern coastline of the Peninsula . The nearest general store and pubs are  at Sarn Mellteyrn (under a mile and a half away). The bungalow stands in its own grounds with rural views to the rear, front lawn, rear patio area with furniture and morning sunshine. Double-glazing and oil central heating (extra by arrangement) make the bungalow available for off-season letting.  Careful family groups are preferred.

Utility/storage room with automatic washing machine, tumble drier and freezer. Kitchen/dining room with views to agricultural land, new fitted units housing a fridge,  microwave and an electric cooker. Lounge with TV and video Parking for two cars and a boat. Electricity is extra  (meter reading on arrival and prior to departure.)  A good quality property in a pleasantly peaceful setting and only a short drive from all that the unspoilt Lleyn peninsula has to offer.
