An attractive 17th
Century country cottage in a quiet rural setting outside the
village
of
Mynytho
which is itself a short distance from the bustling seaside resort of
Abersoch. All the
Lleyn
Peninsula
is within easy driving distance and there many attractions with 20 minutes
of the cottage. The stone-built cottage stands in its own grounds of
around a third of an acre with lawns, flowers, shrubs and trees. ACCOMMODATION:
Single storey apart from one bedroom. Two bedrooms. D with patio door to
the gardens. Crog loft with
twin beds (low headroom) - access via spiral staircase from lounge. Shower
room/w.c. Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Lounge
with TV (some Sky channels), DVD player and open fire. Conservatory with
TV. Parking for at least three cars. Fee includes electricity and central
heating.
Fees
For 2010:
From January to March 27 £265 a week, From
March 27 - May 29 £345, From May 29 to September 4 and then Christmas and New Year £500,
September 4 to October 30 at £345. All
other weeks £265.
Fees for 2011:
From January to end of March £280 a week, April 2 - May 28 at £365, From May
28 - September 3 and then Christmas and New Year at £520, September 4 to end
of October £365. All other weeks £265
