An historic former farm dating back over 100 years and set amongst about 18 acres of agricultural land on the fringe of Abersoch village.

 

The property enjoys fabulous views to the sea, St Tudwal’s Island East and the distant mountains of Snowdonia. Abersoch village centre is approximately a mile away and it is one of the most sought-after holiday destinations in the UK with a wonderful sandy beach, excellent food and sailing facilities, golf, horse-riding and more.  The property stands at the end of an unmade driveway  from the road between Abersoch and Llanengan village  - which is walk able and has a country inn with an excellent reputation for quality fare and ales.

  

The farmhouse, and two former farm outbuildings, have recently been converted with the house completed to a high standard of accommodation complete with HOT TUB and SAUNA in the grounds (at own risk), barbecue area with views, under floor heating throughout the ground floor, Wi-Fi internet access (own lap tops required) and Sky TV (including sports and Sky +) in most rooms. The property retains charm and character with exposed beams and stonework in parts. The conversion of the outbuildings is not yet complete.

 

ACCOMMODATION: SEVEN bedrooms. (1) A king-size double with an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, shower, lavatory and hand basin – this room has views and a large flat screen TV. (2) S + S pull out with views and TV (3) S + S pull out (4) S + S pull out (5) Ground floor twin room with en suite shower/w.c and TV,  (6) Ground floor king size double with en suite shower/w.c. (7) Ground floor king size double with en suite shower/w.c. with TV. There is also a first floor shower room/w.c. for the use of occupants of bedrooms  2, 3 and 4. A travel cot and high chair are provided.

 

Kitchen/breakfast room with two fridge-freezers, Rangemaster Toledo oven/hob, additional electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, breakfast table for six, and excellent views. Conservatory/dining room with table for 14 – this is at the rear of the property.  TV lounge on the first floor with balcony, wood burner stove and large flat screen TV. Quiet lounge on the ground floor with wood burner stove. Utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and a shower/w.c.

Ample parking for cars and a boat.  The fees INCLUDE electricity, central heating (off season),  and bed linen. Towels can be provided at a small additional charge payable locally.
