Lounge with a double sofa bed, flatscreen TV with Freeview Channels, DVD player and an electric fire. The front garden has a lawn with parking for many cars, jet skis and boats on the drive. Plans are in hand for the provision of an external wet room shower for 2012 and beyond which will make the property even better for the sailing fraternity. Parties of walkers, golfers, birdwatchers etc equally as welcome. The fee includes an initial supply of electricity and gas for the central heating and then a card/key is required by extra top ups at many stores in Pwllheli.
