A cottage style bungalow tucked away on a select residential estate less than 10 minutes stroll from the town centre and a similar distance to a quiet part of the town’s main beach (via a country footpath that starts nearby). Pwllheli is the main shopping centre for the Lleyn Peninsula and has a weekly open air market – the largest in Wales, an excellent selection of independent shops, supermarkets, funfair, golf, fishing, world class sailing facilities and more. The bungalow, which is being let for the first time in 2010, benefits from having a garden with a sunny aspect, barbecue and garden furniture. There is parking in the driveway for two cars and unrestricted roadside parking on the estate. ACCOMMODATION: Three bedrooms (1) A double (2) a triple (3) a single.
