A cottage style bungalow tucked away on a select residential estate less than 10 minutes stroll from the town centre and a similar distance to a quiet part of the town’s main beach (via a country footpath that starts nearby). Pwllheli is the main shopping centre for the Lleyn Peninsula and has a weekly open air market – the largest in Wales, an excellent selection of independent shops, supermarkets, funfair, golf, fishing, world class sailing facilities and more. Garden with a sunny aspect, barbecue and garden furniture. There is parking in the driveway for two cars and unrestricted roadside parking on the estate. ACCOMMODATION: Three bedrooms (1) A double (2) a triple (3) a single. A travel cot and a high chair are provided. Bathroom/w.c. with shower cubicle and heated towel rail.
