metres from the sand dunes and sea. Three-storey property, south-facing
and with a balcony with uninterrupted views to the sea, St Tudwal's
Islands and the distant mid-Wales coastline across a vast sweep of
Cardigan Bay. The town's leisure centre is a few minutes away as is
an excellent pub, restaurant and sub post office/general store. The
bustling town centre is about 12 minutes walk and has a selection of
restaurants, pubs, shops, weekly open air market and more. Pwllheli has an
18 hole golf course and one of the most modern yachting marinas in the
UK. This property was refurbished especially for holiday lettings in 2006
