a few hundred metres from the village centre (on the road towards Rhiw)
which has two charming inns, good food, shops, cafes, ancient bridge,
historic church and a marvellous sandy beach. Aberdaron is almost at the
end of the ACCOMMODATION: Four bedrooms (1) A double with exceptional views (2) a ground floor double (3) a ground floor room with bunk beds (4) A ground floor single. A cot is provided. Bathroom/w.c. with large bath and separate large shower cubicle. Additional ground floor shower room/w.c. with an extra wide door that opens outwards - the house has a ramp for wheelchair access and whilst there are no special provisions internally (apart from the shower room door) it could be ideal for those with mobility difficulties. Kitchen/breakfast room with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer and a marvellous Rayburn Stove which powers the central heating and hot water - there is also a microwave and two electric rings as separate entities when good weather means the Rayburn is not required and the hot water can then come via the immersion heater. Conservatory with wonderful views, dining table, sofas and under floor heating. The Conservatory runs almost the entire length of the south side of the house. Lounge with TV, DVD player and a library of films and a SKY box - bring your own viewing card or simply have the basic SKY free view channels. The well-maintained garden includes a patio area and lawn with outside furniture and BBQ stored in the garden shed. The fee includes bed linen, towels, electricity and central heating (at times). Parking for about five vehicles. The property is let from FRIDAY to FRIDAY. Weekends (up to three nights) available at certain times at 75% of the weekly fee. Fees for
