A detached stone cottage dating back around 200 years and located only minutes from the village centre. Abersoch is a very popular holiday destination every season for water sports enthusiasts and can boast (amongst other things) lovely sandy beaches, a seaside golf course, pony trekking, restaurants and pubs. All of the attractions of the Lleyn peninsula are within a short drive with the excellent yachting marina and leisure centre at Pwllheli only seven miles away. This attractive cottage stands in shared grounds and has a small side garden area, a front decked sun terrace with garden furniture for alternative al fresco dining and a rear roof terrace (not suitable for unsupervised children.) Newly refurbished 2009

ACCOMMODATION: Three bedrooms. D with small plasma screen TV and DVD player, D, D. No cot Bathroom/w.c. with large corner bath. Kitchen with laminate flooring, electric cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a stock of spices, herbs and condiments. Conservatory/dining room with slabbed floor, exotic plants and a door to the small garden beyond. Lounge with colour TV, video and DVD player, open fire. Second living room eccentrically furnished with a CD/DVD player. Also a room housing a table football game for those tired of the TV. Parking in the shared driveway. Telephone and fax facility available at cost. Electricity is on a £1 meter.
