Beachfront house at CRICCIETH. Sleep 10. No Pet. No Smokers.
The double glass front doors open into the large hallway complete with original parquet flooring and the whole of the ground floor has been subtly adapted to make it suitable for wheelchair use. The large lounge and dining room provide enormous picture windows with direct 180 degree views over the entire bay/beach and up toward the 13th century castle. The downstairs accommodation includes a kitchen which can easily cater for every dinner party requirement including a double range oven, dishwasher, washing machine, huge American style fridge freezer and two microwaves. Double glass doors which lead into the dining room provide spectacular sea views to tempt you away from your cooking. The downstairs accommodation is completed by a fully flexible bedroom which is suitable for those with mobility disabilities. The room contains two single beds which have a linking system to convert to a double king-size if required and an en-suite containing a specially designed shower area specifically for use by the disabled.
The first floor of the property
contains four further double bedrooms (three with double beds and one
containing two single beds) three of which are en-suite and a further family
bathroom. The two double bedrooms at the front of the property, again
have huge picture windows with truly spectacular sea views which will ensure
that your first cup of tea of the day is taken in bed! Should the weather be
inclement the house contains eight televisions, two videos (together with
video library), two DVD players and a SKY satellite television system.
All televisions contain the correct SCART connections for computer games.
