L42. Boathouse Apartment on Llanbedrog Beach. Sleep 4. No Pet. No Smokers.
In a spectacular setting with the sea lapping at the wall to the front  this is a semi-detached stone-built historic property nestling twixt the sea and the foot of Llanbedrog headland. A short walk through ancient woodland uphill to the nearest pub and convenience store and, at low tide only metres from four miles of sandy Llanbedrog beach or around the headland onto the Warren Beach. Llanbedrog is a short drive from Abersoch and Pwllheli.  The Boathouse Accommodation consists of a lounge / diner with a double sofa bed, doors to a stone balcony,  a  flat screen TV and a DVD player. One bedroom (containing a double bed) bathroom/w.c. with a shower over the bath  and a separate kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. All rooms (bar the bathroom) enjoy wonderful uninterrupted views across the bay towards Pwllheli and the majestic mountains of Snowdonia in the distance.  With parking usually for 3 cars*  only metres away and literally miles of walking directly on your doorstep there is something for everyone at "The Boathouse" If your children are not exhausted by the end of the day simply take them to the park like grounds of the Glyn Y Weddw estate reserved exclusively for its residents, including tenants of the Boathouse, and finish the day with a spot of cricket or football! 

The house even has its own boat slip to the beach. All bedding, towels and household bills are included in your holiday price. Bookings at The Boathouse run from Sunday to Sunday.
