A first floor (top floor) apartment on a cul-de-sac development in Upper Llanbedrog a short walk from two highly-regarded  food pubs and close to the village post office. Llanbedrog has a wonderful sandy beach about ten minutes walk away downhill, a convenience store, Art Gallery and an historic Church. The village lies between Abersoch and Pwllheli and is, naturally, only a short drive from anywhere on the unspoilt Lleyn Peninsula . There are six apartments on the development. 

ACCOMMODATION. Four bedrooms. (1) a double with an en suite shower room/w.c. (2) another double (3) twin beds (4) another twin room. Bathroom/w.c. with a shower over the bath. Lounge/diner/kitchen with electric oven, fridge, microwave, dining table for eight, TV, DVD player and electric fire.  Parking. Shared use of communal grounds. The fee includes electricity.
