A well appointed, centrally heated end-terrace cottage only minutes on foot downhill to the village of Sarn in central Lleyn. Set in quiet countryside, this house enjoys views across open countryside to Garn Fadryn and the Rivals.  Within a 5-minute walk of the village, with its pub serving good food, village shop and Post Office, its central location makes it ideal for exploring the entire Lleyn Peninsula.  Hell’s Mouth beach and the famous ‘Whistling Sands’ at Porth Oer are but 3 and 4 miles away respectively, with several other beaches and Abersoch within easy reach. 

 The accommodation, tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, comprises: spacious lounge/diner, with log burner (logs provided), Freesat television and DVD player, lounge suite, pine table and chairs; kitchen with ceramic hob, fan oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer etc.  Upstairs bathroom (bath/shower/toilet/washbasin); two bedrooms – one a spacious family room with (1D) and a cot bed (suitable from birth to 7yrs), the other with (2S) and a Z-bed and en suite shower room.  Duvets and pillows provided – please bring own linen.  Gas central heating available at small cost, hot water included.  Electricity £20 per week/£5 per night.  Raised patio area with garden chairs – ideal for an evening barbecue.  Parking for two cars.  Cottage accredited by Visit Wales (Welsh Tourist Board) is available all year
