Dating back to the 1830s this is a conversion of  a handful of former farm outbuildings (granary, stable etc) into one spacious unit which offers comfortable family accommodation. Located in an idyllic peaceful setting yet the bustling centre of seaside Criccieth is a five minute downhill walk away. The town stands on Cardigan Bay and has two beaches, the ruins of a medieval castle perched on a cliff top, excellent food, pubs, shops, bus and rail links, golf course and more. The sights, sounds and sites of majestic Snowdonia are easily accessible by car as are the attractions of the unspoilt Lleyn Peninsula . The property stands in around an acre of grounds with a large lawn for play, flowers, shrubs, gravel parking area for numerous vehicles and lovely sunny aspect. Stone built and charming in nature  with some original beams notably the enormous A frame beam in what is now the living room. ACCOMMODATION (single storey but for the third bedroom and the bathroom which are located on the first floor in the former granary section)  Three bedrooms. D, 2S, D with roof window. A cot and high chair are provided. Bathroom. Additional ground floor shower room with bidet. Extra ground floor lavatory with hand basin. Kitchen with electric double oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, microwave. Utility room with washer/drier. Sun room with sea views and door to the gardens. Storage room for golf clubs, bike, fishing gear, surf boards etc. Dining room. Living room with TV/DVD and wood burner effect oil fire.  The fee includes electricity central heating (in colder spells) and all bedding and tea-towels  - bring own towels. A VERY ATTRACTIVE HOLIDAY LET in a VERY APPEALING LOCATION. Family groups are preferred. Sorry, NO SMOKERS.
