Dating back in part to the 1650s, this is a basic traditional stone farmhouse on a 200 acre working farm with cattle, sheep, pigs and poultry. It is located on the fringe of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is  ½ mile from the coast, 1 mile from a village pub and general store and one mile from Towyn sandy beach. All the attractions of the Lleyn are easily accessible by car. ACCOMMODATION:  Five bedrooms.  One king size, two doubles, the fourth is a twin  and the fifth is bunk beds. A single put-u-up bed is also provided for use where required. A cot can be provided. The main bathroom/w.c.  is a walk-through room with locking doors at either end and to reach one of the king size room you need to pass through the bathroom.  There is also a ground floor shower room/w.c. and a third w.c. room. Traditional kitchen with large table, large gas hob and electric oven, two microwaves,  dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. The kitchen has a quarry tiled floor. Small laundry room (where any dog must sleep on its own bedding provided by you) with a washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional freezer. Dining room with TV/DVD and rural views. Lounge with multi-fuel stove, TV with Freeview channels and a DVD player. There is a rear enclosed court yard area with picnic table, patio furniture and BBQ. Small front lawn area, with plenty of parking area. The fee includes central heating when necessary and  Electricity via meter reading.
