Picturesque detached cottage standing in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the fringes of Aberdaron village which is almost at the very tip of the scenic Lleyn Peninsula. The cottage is in an elevated setting enjoying wonderful views to the southern end of Aberdaron beach, the sea, and National Trust owned headland with wonderful walks and bird watching. The cottage is on and  above a rough track which leads either down to the beach or up to the headland and beyond. Aberdaron village is just a short downhill 5 minute walk away and has two inns, café and shops.  

ACCOMMODATION. Five bedrooms (all with lovely views). D with h&c, 2S with h&c, small childs' room with S, ground floor D with h&c, ground floor 2S.  Ground floor Bathroom/w.c. with shower over the bath. Also extra first floor w.c.  Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. Living room/diner with open fire,  TV and magnificent views. Free-standing electric heaters provided. Slate sun terrace - some sun loungers provided. Parking for two or three cars. Electricity on £1 meter. The property is now usually let from Sunday to Sundays.
