A cosy and compact stone-built terrace cottage within walking reach of the town yachting marina, sandy Glanydon beach and the Sailing Club. It’s situated on a bus route into town (five minutes) and within a short drive of all the attractions in the area. ACCOMMODATION. Two bedrooms. (1) A double (2) full size bunk beds. Shower room/w.c. One person kitchenette with electric oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Step down to the living room/diner with double sofa bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player, electric fire (or an open fire for the initiated only in the off-season) and wooden flooring. Small front patio with furniture, BBQ  and steps down to the front lawn with picnic bench. Unrestricted road side parking. Electricity is on a card meter but the fee includes a reasonable amount of gas for the central heating.
