Superior detached split-level (ground, lower ground and first floor) house in an elevated rural setting on the fringe of Mynytho village a mile or so outside Abersoch and Llanbedrog and within a short drive of all the attractions of Lleyn. The village has a well-stocked general store/p.o. Breathtaking views from the house to the sea of Cardigan Bay, St Tudwal's Islands and across to the mid-Wales coastline in the distance. A recently renovated, beautifully appointed, south-facing property standing its own grounds with lovely lawned garden area,  sun patio and  conservatory and new spiral staircase to first floor balcony above the conservatory.  ACCOMMODATION: Four bedrooms. (1) Super King size D with w.c./h&c and new balcony with views, (2) King size D with views and cot, (3) Bunks, (4) ground floor S. Ground floor bathroom/w.c. with shower cubicle. First floor shower.  Also outside shower/drying room for sandy kids and salty sailors fresh from the beach.  Kitchen/diner/conservatory with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, colour TV, high chair and  tiled floor. Utility room with automatic washing machine and tumble drier and freezer.   Lounge with patio door, wonderful views, 42" wide screen TV (with some satellite channels including sport), DVD player, video and gas fire. Also a PC with Broadband internet connection available. Wi fi - facility. Parking for at least three cars or more. Fee includes electricity, bottled gas and central heating. Families preferred. Guests are asked not to arrive until at least 4pm on the day of arrival and are welcome to stay until noon on the day of departure.
