The village is one of the most popular holiday destinations on the west coast of the UK and has a choice of excellent sandy beaches, sailing, fishing, golf, good food and a colourful and bustling village centre with a nice selection of independent shops. All of the rest of the Lleyn Peninsula - much of it designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - is a short drive.

 ACCOMMODATION:   Three bedrooms. (1) A double (2) a king size double (3) a twin with bunks beds as well. A travel cot and a high chair are provided. Bathroom/w.c with a shower over the bath. Additional basic outside w.c room. Kitchen/breakfast room with gas cooker, washing machine, microwave and serving hatch. Rear porch storage area with a fridge-freezer. Living room/dining room with wooden floor, dining table for eight, TV (and extra TV/DVD player) and an electric fire.  The house has central heating radiators in most rooms. Enclosed rear lawn/sun trap  and extensive  front lawn. Ample parking for cars and boats. The fee includes electricity and gas. This property is now let from Friday to Friday.  House being upgraded winter 2011-12
