An attractive town centre cottage a short walk
from all the shops, some excellent restaurants, pubs and cafes in the thriving
market town of Pwllheli which has a leisure centre, 18 hole golf course,
renowned yachting marina with excellent sailing, weekly open air market,
funfair and bus and rail links. The town is the main shopping centre for the
Lleyn Peninsula. The cottage, in a quiet one-way street has been treated
to high class professional interior design and offers comfortable
accommodation in a minimalist style. The ideal holiday home after a
hard day on the beach, visiting myriad tourist attractions or simply enjoying
the rural scenic beauty of the Peninsula!
ACCOMMODATION:
Two bedrooms. Attic level/second floor D + Bunks with views across the town to
the masts of moored yachts in the marina. D on the first floor. Bathroom/w.c.
with Victorian style free-standing bath with shower overhead. Living room with
living flame gas fire, colour TV and video. Kitchen/dining room with electric
cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, automatic washing machine, dishwasher and D
futon bed settee and door to sun deck and the enclosed garden area to the rear
of the property. The ground floor of the cottage has attractive slate
flooring whilst the upper floors have rope-effect matted carpets both
of which are in keeping with the minimalist feel of the décor. The fee
includes electricity. Gas (including central heating) on a card meter. Parking
is on a "pot-luck" basis at any of the town's public car parks -
nearest free ones are three minutes away on foot. Weekends
available out-of-season.
