Pwllheli has a selection of interesting restaurants and shops all within a minute or five away. The property has been recently renovated and modernised to a high standard by the owners who are now resident in a self-contained lower ground floor apartment. ACCOMMODATION:  Three bedrooms (1) A double with view to the outer harbour. (2) A twin with view to the Outer Harbour . (3) A twin. There are also two camp beds available. A travel cot can be provided by prior arrangement. Bathroom/w.c with overhead shower. Kitchen/dining room with table gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. Lounge with TV, DVD player, satellite channel, CD system and gas fire. Ample parking for cars and even a small boat. Use of garden area. Fee includes gas, electricity and central heating.
