select estate a short walk away from a choice of pubs and a highly-rated
hotel/restaurant, the village post office and a well-stocked mini-market.
Llanbedrog is a two-tier village straddling the A499 Pwllheli to Abersoch
road and
Lower Llanbedrog
has a fantastic sandy beach, popular art gallery and an historic church.
About five minutes in the car from Abersoch and within easy driving
distance to all that the scenic Lleyn peninsula has to offer. The bungalow
has an enclosed rear slated patio area with a picnic bench and a BBQ and
parking for two or three cars at the front. ACCOMMODATION:
Attractive wooden flooring in most rooms. Three bedrooms (1) A double with
an ensuite shower and lavatory
. (2) A second double. (3) Twin beds. A travel cot is provided. The main
bathroom includes a shower attachment, lavatory and a shaver point above
the sink. Kitchen with door to patio (down three steps), electric cooker,
fridge and a dishwasher. A washer/drier is available in the former garage
attached. Lounge/dining room with TV/DVD, open fire and a small electric
heater. Bottled gas central heating is available and included in the fee.
Large front lawn. The fee includes electricity. For 2008 the property
will be let from Friday to Friday
