A semi-detached family home near a path that leads down to Nefyn's fabulous sandy beach and within a short walk of the village centre with pub, good food and a variety of small shops. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac road and benefiting from a large rear patio/garden with a picnic bench, Wendy Playhouse and child's swing (at own risk) sunny aspect and a front lawn. Nefyn is a former fishing village on the north shore of the Lleyn and is ideal as a base from which to explore the peninsula with its many varied attractions including pony trekking, Ten Pin Bowling, water sports, Go Karting and more. The property was available as a holiday let for the first time in 2007 and proved very popular with families. ACCOMMODATION: Four bedrooms. There is a small utility room with a washing machine. Living room with a TV, video and DVD and views to Garn Boduan and Mynydd Nefyn. There is also a second sitting room with a TV and the same views.
