A older-style static caravan in the grounds of new stable cottage conversion on a  250 acre working sheep and cattle farm with poultry and sheepdogs in the scenic Lleyn hinterland. Enjoying views down over sweeping agricultural land to the sea of  Cardigan Bay and the mountains of mid-Wales. A 15 minute drive from either Pwllheli or Criccieth and consequently ideally located for exploring the area by car. The farm straddles a cycle route. The van is in it's own enclosed area with a play climbing frame (at own risk) and includes picnic bench and a shed with a freezer and storage space for bikes etc. ACCOMMODATION: Two bedrooms D, 2S (for children) Bathroom/w.c. with half bath and  a shower attachment to the taps. Kitchen area with gas cooker, fridge and microwave. Lounge/dining room with sofa that becomes a double bed, TV, video and  views.   Ample parking. The fee includes electricity and gas.
