beach. Nefyn is a former
fishing village on the northern shoreline of the Lleyn and has shops, good
food, village pubs and is the ideal base from which to explore the
Peninsula
much of which lies within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Nearby
Morfa Nefyn is home to Nefyn and District Golf Club and all of the
attractions on the area are only a short drive away and include horse
riding, Go-karting, bowling, quad bikes, coarse fishing, clay pigeon
shooting, paint ball shooting and a weekly market. The house is detached,
pebble-dashed and stands in its own grounds which include a lawned area,
large front and rear patio
with picnic bench and BBQ. Off road parking for one car and use of an
integral garage with washing machine and tumble dryer. Unrestricted
additional road-side parking available. ACCOMMODATION:
Three bedrooms - all on the ground floor. (1) D with en suite shower
room with lavatory. (2) D (3) D. Communal ground floor bathroom with shower cubicle. Additional first
floor lavatory. First floor Kitchen/breakfast room with electric oven, gas hob and a
microwave. First floor Larder room with fridge-freezer.
First floor Lounge/diner with a double bed settee, TV (including Freeview channels)
and DVD player. Additional small ground floor room with TV. Electricity
and gas central heating are
included in the fee - except for the D period when an additional charge
is levied. Weekends available outside main season.
