Large detached house with large, completely enclosed, lawned
garden in sunshine all day until half hour before sunset, and
located right in the centre of Abersoch village literally
only metres from shops, restaurants and pubs and within a
short walk of the beach and South Caernarfonshire Yacht Club. The property, a conversion of two smaller
cottages, is ideal for an extended family group of around a
dozen people but can accommodate a larger number of people by
prior arrangement and at a negotiated price.

floor bedroom with D + D bed settee and adjoining shower room/w.c. Duvets and pillows only provided. All showers
are electric. Lounge with D bed settee, colour TV, video, small library of
videos. Snug/conservatory , now the kitchen/dining area, has electric double oven, electric hob,
fridge-freezer, microwave, automatic washing machine and a
dishwasher. Night storage heaters throughout. Slabbed patio area with large table for alternative
alfresco dining, large lawned garden with trees and shrubs. Private parking for up to
three cars. The garden includes lawn croquet setand sun loungers. Fee INCLUDES electricity.
This property is let on a
Friday to Friday basis with arrival not before 6pm and
departure by 1pm. Weekends welcomed outside the main season. The owners
have retained a small ground floor en suite bedroom with separate access for
occasional personal, mainly weekend, use.
