Llangian has a village post office and is only about 1.5 miles from the centre of Abersoch which is one of the most popular holiday locations in the UK. The area offers beautiful walks, scenic countryside, tourist attractions, miles of sandy beaches and more. Within a few minutes walk to the 5° West pub and restaurant. A substantial part of the Lleyn Peninsula is designated as being an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With about a third of an acre of wild wooded garden the property is ideal for large or extended family groups. There is a three bedroom chalet in the grounds recently refitted to a high standard and benefits from a raised timber decking patio for relaxing or taking meals which can be rented separately by the same group staying in the cottage as an annex.
