One of around only 20 houses in an idyllic setting on a picturesque bay approached through Nefyn golf course. The village of Porthdinllaen is now owned by the National Trust and has a seaside pub, life-boat, fishing and sailing. ACCOMMODATION: Three bedrooms all enjoying sea views 3S, 2S with h&c, bunks. No Cot. Ground floor shower room/w.c. with h&c and shaver point.. Living room/diner with windows on three sides, open staircase, and door to front patio with outside seat overlooking sea, colour TV, electric heater and multi-fuel heating stove. Kitchen with el. cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, spin drier, and sea views. Ground floor has quarry-tile floor and the bedrooms have vinyl-lay, which eases the problem of sand. Private parking on headland approximately quarter of a mile away. Electricity is included in the fee. Weekends available at certain times. Friday - Friday lettings.
