south wing of a large former country house on the edge of the village, a
short walk from a range of leisure activities including fishing (sea and
course), tennis, bowls, sailing, diving, surfing, horse riding - the
village is especially well known for excellent windsurfing and golf.
Rhosneigr stands on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey and has
Award Winning sandy beaches with rock pools and bathing, a large lake rich
in bird life and fish. The port
town of Holyhead is only a short drive away - a day trip to Dublin is an
option? The property stands in
around 2 acres of grounds, which border the new boardwalk alongside Maelog Lake. The gardens include lawned areas, a deep fishpond and a
tennis court. ACCOMMODATION:
The south wing is accessed from the grounds directly into the games
room, which has table tennis and pool, board games and books, and then
stairs to the rest of the accommodation.
Three bedrooms (1) King
size D with en suite shower/WC and views across the lake to distant
Snowdonia. (2) king-size 4 poster with partial lake view (3) 2S. A
cot can be provided. Bathroom/WC
with shower over the bath. Kitchen/dining room with electric oven and hob,
microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Lounge with lovely views to the lake and Snowdonia,
colour TV, DVD and electric fire. Oil
central heating is available at a supplementary charge.
The fee includes electricity, bed linen and towels.
