A large, attractive and comfortable  detached house (the former village police station!) only about a minute from the sand dunes and beach at seaside Rhosneigr which has a choice of beaches, good food, shops, a pub, golf course, railway station and more. The house has a large rear garden with a wonderful sunny aspect and ample parking at the front for at least four cars. The Isle of Anglesey has a host of attractions for discerning holidaymakers and the entire island is easily accessible by car. The nearby port of Holyhead has daily ferry crossings to Ireland.  

ACCOMMODATION: Four bedrooms. (1) a double with a single with views to the end of the runway of nearby RAF Valley - ideal for plane spotters. (2) another double  (3) A twin room with an extra single  futon. (4) A ground floor double with a TV and DVD player. A travel cot is provided. Bathroom/w.c. Additional ground floor shower and separate lavatory which are located off the utility room and are ideal for sandy kids and salty sailors fresh from the sea as the inclusion of the shower should render the remainder of the house sand-free. The utility room has a washing machine, freezer and storage space for wet suits/water skis etc. Very attractive kitchen/dining room with electric oven and a gas hob, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher. Living room with two leather three seater sofas, TV and DVD. 

Much of the ground floor has professionally crafted oak flooring and there are two patio doors that lead out to the garden. The house has the basic SKY TV channels piped to a few rooms and wireless BROADBAND (bring own laptop). The fee includes central heating and electricity. Bed linen can be provided at an extra charge by prior arrangement with the owner after booking. Weekends are available out of the main season. Family groups are preferred.
