Detached bungalow on a small prestigious estate a few hundred metres from the Award Winning sandy Town beach and all the village centre attractions of unspoilt Rhosneigr on the western shore of the Isle of Anglesey. The village has a pub, shops, railway station, fine sailing, water sports and an 18 hole golf course.  Rhosneigr is a major venue for windsurfing and kitesurfing with teaching facilities for both in the village. Anglesey has about 125 miles of coastline and plenty of things to see and do – a day trip to Dublin is even possible from the port of Holyhead which is a few miles north. The bungalow is one of around 30 similar properties on the development.

ACCOMMODATION. Three bedrooms (1) a twin room with en suite shower and with view to Maelog Lake and the distant Snowdonia mountains. (2) A double. (3) Another twin room.  Bathroom/w.c. with a shower over the bath and also a  bidet. Kitchen/dining room with electric double oven and hob, microwave and a fridge-freezer. Lounge with views to the lake, TV and DVD player. Utility room with a washing machine. Large grounds with lawns and shrubs and near a stile over to a field adjacent to the lakeside which is a public footpath. The path leads, in the other direction down towards Rhosneigr’s sandy Broad Beach Ample parking for cars and boats. The fee includes electricity, gas central heating, bed linen and towels.
