Seaview has recently undergone a major refurbishment on its interior and exterior.  All the windows are double glazed, the roof has been re-slated and the exterior re-painted.  It also has a fully updated and efficient heating system.

The hallway has new flooring which extends throughout the ground floor with the exception of the kitchen which retains the original stone flooring.

The Seaview kitchen is large and spacious with all the mod cons you need, some of which are detailed below: Electric double range cooker with 5 rings and a warming plate; American fridge/freezer with ice making facilities; Washing machine; Tumble dryer; Microwave;  Dishwasher and a Breakfast table that seats 8 comfortably. The dining room has a large rectangular table which seats 10 people comfortably and a further 5 could be seated around a small table in the bay window.  The dining room has views of the beach and sea from both windows. The lounge is spacious and comfortable seating up to 15 people with views of the beach and bay.  It has a 32" flat screen HDTV which includes Sky Plus and Broadband. New toilet and shower facilities have been fitted on the ground floor. Seaview can accommodate 15 adults comfortably.  The first floor consists of: Bedroom 1 - two single beds; Bedroom 2 - one king size bed (with sea view); Bedroom 3 - one double bed; Bedroom 4 - one king size bed (with sea view); New bathroom with bath and separate shower. The second floor consists of: Bedroom 5 - one double bed; Bedroom 6 - five single beds (with sea view); One large bathroom with bath and separate shower.
