A choice of two well-maintained properties in a 30 acre setting on a former farm with a shoreline on the Inland Sea (a lagoon formed between the main island of Anglesey and Holy Island) which can be popular with fishermen and windsurfers. The centre of  the village of Valley is a short walk away and offers pubs, good food, a selection of shops and a railway station. The nearby thriving seaside resorts of  Trearddur Bay and Rhosneigr are a short car journey away and the port of Holyhead (about three miles) offers Day Trips by fast ferry to Dublin . Anglesey has approximately 125 miles of coastline with leisure centres, cycle paths, hidden coves, tourist attractions and more. The A55 Expressway also connects you to the mainland and Snowdonia in less than half an hour.

Additional ground floor w.c. Kitchen/diner with Aga style double oven with a hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and dining table for eight. Lounge with door to the balcony enjoying views to the Inland Sea and Holyhead Mountain , a 50+ inch flat screen TV with DVD player and some satellite channels. Enclosed rear garden area. Owners have a caravan on site mainly for use as an office. The fee includes electricity and gas central heating. Ample parking.
