An attractive semi-detached about a hundred metres from the Award Winning sandy beach and all the village centre attractions of unspoilt Rhosneigr on the western shore of the Isle of Anglesey. The village has a pub, shops, railway station, fine sailing, water sports and an 18 hole golf course.  Rhosneigr is a major venue for windsurfing and kitesurfing with teaching facilities for both in the village. Anglesey has about 125 miles of coastline and plenty of things to see and do - a day trip to Dublin is even possible from the port of Holyhead which is a few miles north. The property is new on the holiday market for 2009 and offers comfortable accommodation in the ideal setting.

ACCOMMODATION: Three bedrooms. (1) A double with sea view and an en suite shower/w.c. (2) A double with a sea view (3) A  family room with a double bed and full size bunks. A travel cot is also provided. Bathroom/w.c. Additional ground floor lavatory. Open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with a large dining table for eight, lounge seating for six (you can use the dining chairs as well), TV with DVD, PS2, Broadband internet connection (bring own lap top), electric fire, electric double oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and heat cupboard for keeping food hot if parties are dining separately. Enclosed side and rear patio area with outside furniture, small front lawn. Parking on the driveway and additional pot-luck on street parking - you can always block your own car in the drive! Storage heaters are available during colder spells. The fee includes electricity. Bed linen can be provided by prior arrangement. Weekends/mid-week breaks available at 75% of the weekly fee.
